About This Role
- Support day-to-day air freight operations including import/export shipment coordination and documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, airlines, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment execution and issue resolution.
- Manage shipment-related commercial activities such as quotations, rate requests, billing, and maintenance of shipment trackers and MIS.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- 1–3 years’ experience in Air Freight or Freight Forwarding.
- Good understanding of air freight operations and documentation is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication required.

- Experienced in handling end-to-end air freight shipment coordination for import and export.
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholder communications including customers, airlines, and agents under operational timelines.
- Demonstrates ability to handle commercial coordination alongside operational responsibilities in a structured freight forwarding environment.
