About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day operational, administrative, and facility-related activities for PolyWorks India, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and develop the Operations team, setting priorities and driving continuous improvement in operational functions.
- Manage vendor relationships, lease administration, facility maintenance, and procurement to support efficient business operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in operations, business administration, or a leadership role within a corporate environment.
- Experience leading and developing teams and knowledge of facilities and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English communication; Salesforce experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced operations leader with a strong background in business support and facilities management in a corporate setting.
- Demonstrates ability to implement operational improvements and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including external vendors and internal teams to optimize service quality and efficiency.
