About This Role
- Own regional IT service delivery for Google Workspace, Ustudio, and core IT services across APAC, ensuring SLA-driven technical support and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage IT procurement and asset lifecycle for the region, including timely dispatch and collection of equipment.
- Lead continuous service improvement, manage third-party vendors, oversee change control, and scope/deliver regional IT projects and platform rollouts.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in technical support/operations.
- 5-8 years relevant IT Systems Administration experience in mid-to-large enterprises (hardware, software, maintenance).
- Hands-on Google Workspace administration experience; strong experience with MacOS environment and Cisco Meraki Firewall and Switch.
- Work onsite in Mumbai, India 5 days a week.

- Experienced in managing regional IT operations across multiple countries and coordinating with global IT leadership.
- Skilled in Google Workspace administration, MacOS support, and network security technologies (Meraki).
- Capable of translating technical issues to non-technical users and driving service improvements with a proactive, organized approach.
