About This Role
- Lead and manage complex projects for new large enterprise clients and internal strategic initiatives to support company growth.
- Create, track, and coordinate project plans ensuring scope and budget adherence while managing risks proactively.
- Collaborate across distributed teams and senior stakeholders, mentoring peers in project management and driving operational improvements for scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-11 years of project management or consulting experience, preferably in finance or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or finance/economics; MBA highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project governance, stakeholder management up to executive/C-level, PowerPoint, and Excel; data modeling experience is a plus.
- Experience in investment operations functions like Accounting, Middle office, or Treasury highly preferred.

- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects with strong organizational and process orientation.
- Proven ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
- Background in finance or technology domains with a demonstrated capability to execute process-driven solutions in fast-paced environments.
