About This Role
- Lead and mentor Android engineering teams to achieve technical growth and meet business objectives.
- Drive development of scalable, maintainable Android software products using modern practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain engineering talent while fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- 15-20 years hands-on experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK.
- At least 3 years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
- Work Experience Required: 15-20 years in mobile app development with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
