About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver new frontend features for a scalable SaaS platform with measurable impact on customer and business partner satisfaction.
- Lead frontend engineering efforts including code quality, testing, documentation, debugging, and performance/scalability improvements.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams and mentor junior engineers to uphold best practices and maintain UI/UX standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend software development for scalable web applications.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES Modules, async), React (including hooks and performance optimization).
- Location: Bangalore, India; hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in office.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in robust state management (Redux Toolkit, XState, TanStack Query) and frontend performance optimization techniques (web workers, memoization).
- Skilled with modern frontend tooling (Vite/Webpack, Git workflows, linting) and comprehensive testing frameworks (Vitest/Jest, Playwright).
- Capable of integrating advanced AI-assisted developer tools and client-side LLM APIs to enhance frontend development and product features.
