About This Role
- Develop, implement, and maintain AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across healthcare domains, ensuring high-quality scalable code and operational integrity.
- Lead and manage AI/ML engineering teams and projects from ideation through delivery, driving innovation and adoption of AI/ML technologies including Generative AI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and represent AI/ML work to global leadership, managing stakeholder relationships and adhering to software engineering best practices and full SDLC automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
- 14+ years in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics with 8+ years in AI/ML engineering, including 3+ years with Generative AI technologies.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (MLFlow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML teams and projects from ideation to delivery.

- Senior-level AI/ML engineering professional with deep technical expertise in Generative AI and advanced AI/ML techniques, capable of hands-on development and leadership.
- Experienced in driving AI/ML innovation in complex healthcare or large-scale environments, excelling at end-to-end product delivery and team performance management.
- Skilled communicator able to present complex AI/ML concepts to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders, and foster collaboration across global teams.
