About This Role
- Manage and execute maintenance activities on SAP Customer Master Data as approved by business stakeholders.
- Review and process requests related to creation, modification, activation/deactivation, blocking/unblocking, and mass maintenance of master data.
- Collaborate functionally with Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, and E&C teams while reporting to Assistant D&T Manager in India, as an individual contributor.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience maintaining SAP Master Data in customer and/or vendor domains.
- Full-time graduation from an accredited university is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Customer Master Data particularly with S4 Hana and SAP ECC; experience with tools like Service Now, Winshuttle, and Evolve.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant SAP Master Data management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SAP Master Data domain focusing on customer data management and mass data loading using SAP tools such as LSMW or equivalents.
- Capable of handling multiple priority tasks with strict deadlines in a global digital transformation environment.
- Strategic collaborator able to communicate effectively in English with cross-functional internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, and E&C teams.
