About This Role
- Lead and mentor iOS engineers to achieve technical and professional growth, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
- Drive development and implementation of scalable, maintainable native iOS mobile applications aligned with business objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain engineering talent while facilitating collaboration across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15-20 years of hands-on experience developing native mobile applications (iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit).
- 3+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
- Work Experience Required: 15-20 years in mobile app development with 3+ years in engineering management.
