About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance SaaS backend software.
- Own products, systems, or services technically ensuring robustness and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership including mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance across cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript (strict mode) and Node.js (v24+) in production.
- Experience with REST API design (Fastify or similar), relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), AWS cloud services, and secure coding practices.
- Location: Bangalore, India; hybrid work model with 3 days/week in-office.
