About This Role
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable Azure cloud-based data solutions and ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Databricks.
- Build and maintain modern data lakehouse architectures including data ingestion, transformation, data modelling, and data quality validation to support enterprise analytics and AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and client stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, governed, and cost-efficient data engineering solutions and support cloud data modernization efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in data engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on skills in Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric data engineering, Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2.
- Experience with data modeling, data governance, CI/CD pipeline automation using tools like GitHub or Azure DevOps.
- Work Experience Required: 5–8 years in relevant Azure data engineering or analytics roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and implementing scalable data lakehouse architectures using Medallion Architecture and Delta Lake in enterprise environments.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical data engineering solutions.
- Skilled in data platform modernization and migration projects within Azure and Microsoft Fabric ecosystems with a focus on performance optimization and data governance.
