About This Role
- Monitor application performance and IT infrastructure health using tools like AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, and Azure Monitor to maintain critical system availability.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support by investigating alerts, troubleshooting incidents, escalating complex issues, and participating in root cause analysis to improve system reliability.
- Maintain system configurations, perform routine health checks on Windows servers and SQL databases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and patches with minimal service disruption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in systems monitoring, IT operations, or technical support roles.
- Experience with application performance monitoring tools, specifically AppDynamics, LogicMonitor, and Azure Monitor.
- Willingness and availability to work in a 24/7 support environment including shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations.

- Early-career IT professional focused on systems monitoring and support with hands-on experience in performance troubleshooting and incident management.
- Experienced in using enterprise monitoring tools and managing Windows Server and IIS environments alongside basic SQL database performance monitoring.
- Comfortable operating in a 24/7 support model with collaboration across engineering and operations teams to ensure high availability and service-level agreement compliance.
