About This Role
- Develop and maintain BI solutions including dashboards and data models integrating Salesforce CRM and other data sources to provide actionable insights for regional sales directors.
- Lead the data strategy and AI-driven analytics using Microsoft Copilot, Fabric, Power BI, and Power Automate to deliver scalable, enterprise-wide insights.
- Drive AI adoption and change management among sales and commercial teams by leading pilot projects and providing training to enhance productivity and self-service analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial data analytics, BI, or related role.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Automate.
- Experience integrating Salesforce CRM data into BI solutions and familiarity with order forecasting and plan modeling.
- Regular availability overlapping US Eastern workday hours for meetings and sales leadership reviews.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in commercial and sales data environments, able to translate complex data into clear business insights for sales and commercial leadership.
- Skilled in applying advanced analytics and AI tools, including large language models like Microsoft Copilot, to drive strategic decision-making and productivity.
- Capable of leading change management initiatives and providing training to promote AI and BI tool adoption across teams.
