About This Role
- Lead and independently execute 2–3+ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations/projects or major technical workstreams.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers; conduct code reviews; manage technical discussions with clients and coordinate with Functional Consultants and Project Managers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV including AL development, architecture, extensions, customizations, and integrations.
- 6 - 9 years total work experience.
- Strong skills in REST APIs, OData, SOAP/Web Services, third-party integrations, RDLC/Word/Excel reporting, debugging, performance optimization, and SQL Server database concepts.
- Experience with Git/version control; ability to design scalable technical solutions and resolve delivery risks; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification preferred but not mandatory.

- Proven technical leadership in Business Central projects demonstrating ownership of technical delivery and client interaction.
- Experienced in managing multiple complex Business Central implementations with strong problem-solving and delivery risk management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment collaborating with Functional Consultants, PMs, and mentoring developers, ideally with exposure to Azure integrations and international clients.
