About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI/Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Define and enforce AI architecture, governance, and security best practices for scalable AI applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor teams to drive AI innovation and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15+ years overall work experience including 3-5+ years in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI Solutions.
- Strong software engineering skills with expertise in AI solution architecture and design.
- Proficiency in Python and Temporal programming; hands-on experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
- Location: Must be based in Pune or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior AI practitioner combining deep AI solution design and software engineering expertise.
- Proficient in cloud platforms, modern MLOps/LLMOps practices, and AI agent orchestration at enterprise scale.
- Capable of leading complex AI transformations and mentoring engineering teams to deliver innovative, scalable enterprise AI solutions.
