About This Role
- Manage scope, process, timelines, and agile ceremonies for up to 3 development pods, ensuring sprint deliverables meet quality standards.
- Coach development pods and stakeholders to raise agile maturity and enforce agile practices within teams.
- Remove blockers, resolve conflicts, facilitate team communication, and maintain productive and collaborative environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 6 years experience as a Scrum Master in agile development pods.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- First Level Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM or PSM) is mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 6 years in a hands-on Scrum Master role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple scrum teams with demonstrable ability to drive agile maturity and team effectiveness.
- Comfortable acting as proxy product owner and defining team agreements independently without much guidance.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques, Agile frameworks, and ability to implement changes effectively within teams.
