About This Role
- Develop, validate, and maintain statistical and machine learning models for business measurement and analytics use cases.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and apply causal inference techniques to generate actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, model evaluation, and integration of new data sources.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Applied Statistics, Machine Learning, or Analytics.
- Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets on cloud/data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, experimental design, and causal inference applied to business contexts.
- Familiar with marketing measurement methodologies like incrementality testing, lift analysis, MTA, and marketing mix modeling.
- Skilled in managing complex, multi-source data workflows in cloud environments, and capable of communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
