About This Role
- Lead AI quality engineering workstreams including planning, execution, and delivery for client engagements.
- Design and manage test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing for AI-enabled software solutions.
- Coach teams on QA processes, oversee automation via Selenium, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with at least two AI/GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub CoPilot, ChatGPT) for test automation and AI quality engineering.
