About This Role
- Own and maintain live forecasting and optimization models, adapting them as business rules change.
- Scope and develop new data science projects end-to-end, including problem framing and deployment.
- Apply machine learning and generative AI techniques to enhance business solutions and provide actionable insights to clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-7 years of professional experience in data science or advanced analytics delivering business-impacting projects.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn), SQL, and Git.
- Strong understanding and experience with optimization concepts and configuring optimization tools.
- Degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, statistics, computer science, or operations research.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supply chain domains including demand forecasting, inventory, and replenishment with relevant KPIs knowledge.
- Skilled in deploying models on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, preferably with Databricks or Spark.
- Able to connect data science outcomes to business processes and communicate insights clearly to senior client stakeholders.
