About This Role
- Develop and validate machine learning models to solve business problems and support their deployment in production.
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model evaluation, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights; collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Machine Learning, or AI-related projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning and good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience or basic knowledge of AI/ML libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow or PyTorch), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working on both model development and deployment phases in hybrid workplace with less than 10% travel.
- Familiar with statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, feature engineering, and basic Generative AI or Large Language Models.
- Has academic, internship, or industry project experience in ML/AI with capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
