About This Role
- Design and implement complex data models and ETL/ELT pipelines to support internal and external analytics products.
- Serve as the technical expert on data-related matters, guiding the data team and advising product and development teams on data instrumentation and reporting.
- Build scalable, high-performance infrastructure for delivering actionable business insights from diverse raw data sources.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 7-11 years of experience building ETL or ELT pipelines from scratch.
- Strong skills in relational databases (Postgresql preferred), Python (including web applications), and cloud services (AWS RDS preferred).
- Experience with BI/data visualization platforms and basic understanding of data warehouses (Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing production backend services and APIs using Python/FastAPI and frontend applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and adapting to evolving technologies and processes.
