About This Role
- Set strategic vision and manage product portfolio focused on Service Centre capabilities and AI adoption within Target Enterprise Services.
- Lead cross-functional product teams to drive product excellence, velocity, and alignment between global strategy and local execution.
- Manage product investments, budgets, and financials to deliver measurable business outcomes and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of product teams, preferably in retail, consumer, or servicing environments.
- Experience managing product portfolios, investment priorities, budgets, and financials.
- Strong understanding of technology, data, analytics, and digital product development.
