About This Role
- Manage and oversee day-to-day facility operations at NTT DATA site, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are achieved.
- Lead facilities management service delivery staff, including staffing, performance, and development.
- Implement and monitor processes for preventive maintenance, safety, crisis management, and client-specific facility management procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT industry facility operations and maintenance, specifically HT services.
- Technical expertise in troubleshooting and facility operations; C-License is an added advantage.
- On-site location requirement: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
