About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and integration of new Demand Deposit Account (DDA) services in coordination with technology teams.
- Oversee application systems analysis, programming activities, and development projects involving large budgets or multiple cross-functional teams.
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to design principles, coding standards, and best practices across the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in application development or systems analysis roles.
- Hands-on experience with Java SE 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, Big Data, Database, JDBC, JMS, REST, and distributed systems.
- Experience with ALM and CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, TFS, Jenkins, uDeploy, BMC RLM; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; experience in banking/finance sector is preferable.

- Ability to evaluate and mitigate technical and business risks, providing long-term architectural perspectives aligned with digital roadmaps.
