About This Role
- Manage and support the global Apple and Windows device fleet including procurement and endpoint management via Microsoft 365, Intune, and Iru.
- Maintain health, performance, and availability of IT production systems and services; troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and application issues.
- Provide global support including night shift coverage for US time zones, device policy creation, asset tracking, and documentation updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 3 years of hands-on IT operations experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, Intune, with knowledge of macOS, Windows, and basic Linux administration.
- Experience with device procurement and support for distributed/global workforce; ability to cover US time zones (including night shifts).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing enterprise endpoint environments across multiple OS platforms and vendor tools (Microsoft Intune, Iru).
- Capable of working independently in a global, distributed IT support environment with cross-regional coordination.
- Comfortable troubleshooting infrastructure, network basics, and supporting multiple IT systems including Microsoft Azure AD, Exchange Online, and basic Windows Server and Linux administration.
