About This Role
- Lead and support business execution activities and strategic initiatives across multiple business groups focusing on operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and customer experience.
- Drive quality, cost-effectiveness, and pipeline management in operations related to payments and business execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and implement programs, policies, and procedures related to payment processing and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
- 3-5 years of payments processing experience including knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX, Fedwire, CHIPS, ACH, RTP, GPPSP, and MX messages (Pacs, Pain, Camt, Admi).
- 3-5 years of business analysis experience with skills in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence.

- Experienced in payment transformation, modernization, or operational improvement initiatives within banking or financial services.
- Proficient in Agile product delivery and collaborating with technology, operations, product, and business teams to deliver complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with ability to adapt and reprioritize work in dynamic environments.
