About This Role
- Lead technical design, development, implementation, and operational support of complex enterprise applications using Java/.NET, Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and cloud databases on AWS.
- Translate business requirements into enterprise solutions including HLD/LLD artifacts, API contracts, and implement AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, and AI workflows in digital solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership including coding, integration engineering, code reviews, production support, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with business and vendors.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a technical lead capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Hands-on experience with Java/.NET/Spring Boot, AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM), REST APIs, event-driven integration (e.g. ActiveMQ).
- Working knowledge of AI/ML engineering, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), Agile Scrum delivery.

- Capable of blending technical hands-on work with strategic design and mentoring responsibilities, including data security and governance focus.
- Familiar with advanced AI-assisted development practices, operational support in hybrid work environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
