About This Role
- Own and execute accounting processes including complex transactional analysis to support decision-making.
- Lead development, implementation, and compliance communication of accounting policies and processes, including new systems adoption across the organization.
- Act as first escalation point for complex accounting system or policy issues, driving process improvements, business control effectiveness, and mentoring junior staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of related experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related fields.
- High School Diploma/Equivalent or demonstrate commensurate work competence.
- Experience with accounting policy compliance, complex transactional analysis, and business controls.
- Work Experience Required: Typically has 8+ years of related work experience.

- Experienced in leading complex, cross-department accounting projects with high technical knowledge and initiative.
- Skilled in identifying gaps and implementing accounting process improvements organization-wide.
- Able to mentor and guide junior roles while managing multiple stakeholders and escalations in financial operations.
