About This Role
- Lead financial forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and analytics for regional real estate portfolio management aligned with client contracts.
- Drive cost efficiencies, process improvements, and financial transparency to support client and JLL business goals.
- Manage and develop a regional finance team to deliver comprehensive financial services and client reporting across multiple countries.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Extensive multi-country finance function experience, including business partnering and commercial finance.
- Location: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Strong understanding of regulatory/statutory requirements, governance principles, and SOX compliance.
- Work Experience Required: Extensive work experience in the Finance Function including prior multi-country experience.
