About This Role
- Take ownership of small projects and support the delivery of major projects by managing organizational structure, reporting, communication, and ensuring clear project objectives.
- Attend Project Control Group (PCG) meetings to aid in creating accurate PCG reports and drive effective use of JLL project management technologies including Project Home Page (PHP), Prolog, and Atlas.
- Manage client relationships by balancing client needs with JLL business objectives, oversee budget forecasting and expenditure control, and manage contract administration and project risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in a property-related discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in design, construction, planning & documentation or project management.
- Location requirement: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana State, India.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in relevant fields.

- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams with a focus on project success and client satisfaction.
- Strong operational focus on budget management, project planning, risk identification, and mitigation.
