About This Role
- Own and lead performance testing solutions for complex applications including designing test approaches and ensuring application readiness for production deployments.
- Act as SME in non-functional testing (performance testing and engineering) and collaborate with development, architecture, business teams, and global NFT teams.
- Lead performance engineering activities including testing approach, execution, profiling, analysis, reporting, risk management, and framework implementation for assigned projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in an IT Quality role focused on performance testing and engineering.
- Bachelor's or equivalent university degree required.
- Strong expertise with performance testing tools like Micro Focus Performance Center, CA Service Virtualization (LISA), AppDynamics, Kibana, Splunk, and open-source tools such as Apache JMeter.
- Experience in performance testing of middleware, service virtualisation, data management, and complex architectures involving Web Services (REST, microservices), MQ, and database testing including ETL.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead non-functional testing strategies and teams, acting as SME for performance testing solutions.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Development, Architecture, Business, Production Support) in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in monitoring and profiling tools with the ability to analyze system bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations across middleware and infrastructure components.
