About This Role
- Own and lead Performance Testing solutions and Non-Functional Testing (NFT) strategies for applications with complex architecture, including middleware and payments flow.
- Design, execute and analyze performance tests (load, volume, stress, capacity, scalability) using tools like Micro Focus Performance Center, AppDynamics, Kibana, CA Lisa Virtualization, and others.
- Collaborate with Development, Architecture, Business, and Global NFT teams to deliver performance engineering including profiling, tuning recommendations, KPI reporting, and risk management.

- 6-9 years experience in IT Quality role with strong knowledge of Performance Testing & Engineering.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as Micro Focus Performance Center, AppDynamics, Kibana, CA Lisa Virtualization and knowledge of monitoring and profiling tools.
