About This Role
- Lead QA automation strategy for core payment clearing platform focusing on validating payment cycles, financial message formats (ISO 20022, SWIFT), settlement rules, and reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain AI-driven QA approaches including autonomous test generation, self-healing scripts, and predictive defect analysis.
- Build and integrate end-to-end regression test suites into CI/CD pipelines and manage synthetic, compliance-safe test data for complex clearing scenarios.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in testing fintech platforms, payment gateways, clearing houses, or transaction processing systems.
- Experience with financial message standards ISO 20022 and SWIFT.
- Experience building test automation suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in relevant fintech/payment QA roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience owning QA automation strategy for complex financial payment systems or clearing platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven test automation techniques and implementing advanced QA innovations.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, development, and DevOps teams to identify system bottlenecks and ensure quality alignment.
