About This Role
- Own financial planning and performance management for Operations and Global Functions including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Partner with senior leaders to analyze operational cost drivers and provide actionable financial insights and decision support.
- Model financial impacts of business transformation and AI-enabled operational changes, monitoring outcomes to guide strategic decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline; professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) valued.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or financial advisory supporting senior stakeholders in an international corporate environment.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, management reporting, and direct cost management.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning and reporting tools; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, or Power BI is advantageous.

- Experienced in independently managing complex financial responsibilities in a multinational environment, especially supporting senior leadership with cost and performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex operational processes, cost structures, and translate these into forward-looking financial insights.
- Skilled in scenario planning, business case development, and financial modeling supporting technology-driven transformations and productivity improvements.
