About This Role
- Lead and manage cross-functional innovation projects from concept through delivery, including scheduling, resource, and budget management.
- Collaborate with multiple departments (product management, scientists, QA, marketing, sourcing, legal) to ensure seamless project execution and foster a collaborative environment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, maintain stakeholder alignment and visibility, and adhere to Danaher Business System project management tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, biotechnology, or related field.
- 5+ years project management experience in a matrixed team environment, preferably in new product development (NPD).
- Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with a proven track record of on-time delivery.
- Location requirement: Bangalore, onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in life sciences or biotechnology sectors, preferably with knowledge of cell biology and cell line development.
- Ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skills in innovation and continuous process improvement within new technical service introductions.
