About This Role
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders across Operations and Global Functions, managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for operating expenses and direct costs.
- Lead financial performance analysis, providing actionable insights, risk identification, business case development, and financial challenge to influence decisions.
- Model financial impacts of business transformation and AI-enabled workflows, monitor outcomes, and drive financial governance and cost transparency initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline; CA, CMA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or financial advisory within an international corporate environment.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, management reporting, and direct cost management.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan or Power BI is advantageous.
