- Lead technical analysis, estimation, and peer code reviews while collaborating on technical roadmap decisions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, Claude) to improve development velocity, code quality, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of software development experience delivering production-quality solutions.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or specialist languages with deep expertise in airline technology domains.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile delivery, and system design for distributed systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in airline industry technology systems and familiar with platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, and FLYR.
- Skilled in using AI-assisted development tools to achieve measurable improvements in velocity and code quality.
