About This Role
- Own and manage full P&L, working capital, and receivables for PUMA India's assigned business unit.
- Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Drive commercial governance, customer reconciliation, compliance, process automation, and support strategic business initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in business finance and commercial roles required.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP preferred.
- Open to domestic travel and ability to independently resolve customer finance issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail industry and comfortable managing cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to handle large data sets, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Demonstrated capability to lead process improvements, automations, and enforce SOPs in finance functions.
