About This Role
- Lead integration workstreams focusing on Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Apache Kafka, overseeing high-quality delivery across development, build, and support.
- Manage project timelines, track deliverables, identify risks, drive issue escalation, and provide daily status updates to client stakeholders.
- Act as technical SME and team leader providing hands-on guidance, enforcing code and documentation standards, and ensuring integration quality and delivery discipline.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience with strong expertise in ESB and Apache Kafka integration technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing client-facing delivery execution.
- Workato integration technology experience is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise integration architecture, messaging patterns, and event-driven integration in large projects.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a technical lead bridging delivery teams and client management with structured communication and risk mitigation.
- Hands-on leader able to enforce development best practices while managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
