About This Role
- Administer and oversee transport operations during assigned shifts to ensure timely arrivals and departures of vehicles.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly transport reports, track vehicles in real-time, and coordinate with vendor supervisors for trip allocations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, verify transport documentation, handle escalations at transport bay, and communicate shift handovers effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Must have strong knowledge of Hyderabad routes, problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities.
- Shift: Rotational shifts covering Indian and global timings; must be available for on-site work in Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational transport coordination within large facilities or complex environments.
- Able to manage multi-shift handovers and real-time vehicle tracking rigorously.
- Comfortable working independently with responsibility for driver and vendor coordination under shift supervisors.
