About This Role
- Lead design and modernization of scalable UI and API test automation frameworks across enterprise applications.
- Integrate and champion AI-driven automation tools to enhance test coverage, early defect detection, and reduce manual efforts.
- Mentor QA engineers and oversee full lifecycle quality metrics, risk management, and governance in complex mission-critical platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12+ years in IT QA Engineering, SDET, or Test Architecture roles.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for test automation (e.g., Devin AI, Friday.AI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot).
- Proficiency in Java/Python with automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured, TestNG, and Cucumber/BDD.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced strategic leader in quality engineering with deep knowledge of AI-augmented test automation and framework architecture.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor distributed teams and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Strong background in integrating automation within CI/CD pipelines and applying performance testing and synthetic test data strategies.
