About This Role
- Lead and deliver multiple complex analytical projects to provide strategic insights and data-driven decision support across multiple business units.
- Develop and maintain business critical dashboards for portfolio health review and campaign performance analysis, enabling optimization of marketing spends.
- Continuously review and streamline processes for automation and efficacy, while managing stakeholder communications and mentoring junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in delivering analytical solutions, preferably in banking with understanding of P&L.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics from premier institutes.
- Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, and Python (Python is good to have).
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling multiple large datasets and data warehouses with strong coding and data exploration skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across functions and regions independently and communicate complex solutions clearly.
- Strong process and project management capabilities with focus on control orientation and risk awareness.
