About This Role
- Own end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and communication for e-commerce and related platforms targeting US/Canada clients.
- Analyze business metrics using tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics to generate insights and automated reports supporting marketing, UX, payments, and overall strategy.
- Lead or assist project management tasks for small to medium projects, anchoring key discussions with clients on Enterprise CMS, E-commerce, M-commerce, CRM, and product engineering.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technology or IT services.
- MBA from a reputed college preferred; B.Tech also acceptable.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio) and strong skills with Excel (large data handling, pivot tables, automation).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under time constraints.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in IT services with a strong analytical and documentation background specific to e-commerce and enterprise systems.
- Comfortable working with multi-channel e-commerce and CRM platforms for US/Canada markets and managing client interactions.
- Skilled in automated reporting methods (Google APIs, Adobe Report Builder, Workspace) and advanced Microsoft Office applications to clearly articulate business metrics.
