About This Role
- Perform quality audits and transaction reviews to ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and controls.
- Identify process gaps and defects, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and support CAPA implementation to improve operational effectiveness.
- Analyze quality trends, prepare reports and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality improvement and risk reduction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 8+ years experience in Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Audit, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement.
- Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Role location: Hyderabad, India (hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in RCA, CAPA management, defect analysis, and quality reporting with strong analytical skills.
- Familiar with quality and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, PDCA, DMAIC, Kaizen (preferred but not mandatory).
- Has exposure to Shared Services, Finance Operations, Procurement, or Global Business Services environments and experience driving operational excellence initiatives.
