About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software features and services components within an airline software platform.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams (product, QA, architecture) to deliver high-quality features following established standards and architectural patterns.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, and Claude to accelerate development velocity, improve code quality, and automate routine tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Software Development or closely related software engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good foundational knowledge of Java, Python, Go, TypeScript, REST APIs, microservices, and AWS cloud-native development.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, version control, and Agile practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted code generation tools and generative AI for technical documentation and learning new technologies.
- Experience or strong interest in cloud-native development patterns, particularly on AWS, aligned with Accelya's AWS partnership.
- Interest or background in airline technology and understanding of leading software platforms powering global airline operations.
