About This Role
- Lead backend development focusing on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka.
- Design and develop technical solutions based on business and functional requirements, including API framework development.
- Manage and report on technical risks, production incidents, root cause analysis, and coordinate with global stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in backend development with Java, Microservices, and Kafka.
- Experience with GCP or AWS cloud platforms and Kubernetes/container technologies.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Webservices (SOAP and REST).
- Location: Bangalore
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving application and process improvements with stakeholder management across global teams.
- Skilled in test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) methodologies.
- Capable of leading technical design and development of API frameworks and handling production support issues including RCA.
