About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, robust, and secure next-generation platforms servicing multi-billion dollar businesses across multiple countries.
- Engage in full stack development with ~60% hands-on coding focusing on frontend (JavaScript, ReactJS) and backend (Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes) technologies and ensure integration, performance, and quality.
- Provide technical leadership including mentoring, architectural vision, coordination across teams, driving tech innovation, and enforcing best practices and standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in designing and developing highly scalable applications and platform development.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Webpack, RESTful APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with at least 4 years of software engineering experience; OR 6 years of software engineering experience without degree.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years with degree or 6 years without degree in software engineering domain.

- Highly experienced full stack engineer with deep knowledge of cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, containerization, and DevOps practices operating at large scale.
- Proven leader with ability to architect complex systems, mentor teams, drive engineering excellence and collaborate cross-functionally in a global technology environment.
- Background in e-commerce or marketplace platforms and demonstrated ability to contribute to platform engineering or shared tool development.
