About This Role
- Manage daily transport operations including shuttle services, vehicle deployment, and route scheduling to ensure timely and efficient service delivery at the client site in Hyderabad.
- Serve as primary liaison and vendor manager, coordinating multiple transportation providers, monitoring their performance, and ensuring compliance with service standards and contracts.
- Support financial tracking of transportation expenses and vendor billing, assist in risk management and compliance activities including emergency procedures and regulatory adherence.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or fleet operations with vendor management responsibilities.
- Graduation mandatory; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
- Local expertise in Hyderabad geography is mandatory; onsite work location at Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Immediate joiner required; 6-day work week, 48 scheduled weekly hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple transportation vendors with strong operational coordination skills in corporate or facility management environments.
- Knowledgeable in transportation safety standards, DOT regulations, and vendor contract compliance with hands-on experience in transportation management systems and GPS tracking.
- Operationally strong with the ability to handle logistics complexity, vendor performance monitoring, and service level agreement compliance in a dynamic onsite setting.
