About This Role
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance-related technology products, focusing on automation, AI, integration, and digital transformation.
- Lead business process redesign and change management to optimize finance workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to influence product development and deliver data-driven solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a business analyst in financial services, preferably in finance technology transformation and BPM in a global setup.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or statistics; Master's degree in Finance/technology preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes (record to report, accounting, reconciliation, regulatory reporting) and financial products/asset classes.
- Proficient in data analysis and modeling, with practical skills in SQL and Excel; experience with AI/ML concepts and automation projects required.
