About This Role
- Develop and deliver multiple complex analytical projects with a strong focus on driving strategic business decisions through insightful reporting and dashboards.
- Analyze campaign impacts to optimize marketing spends based on detailed data exploration and P&L assessment.
- Periodically review and streamline analytical processes to improve efficacy and automate where possible.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in delivering analytical solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics from premier institutes.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAS and SQL is mandatory; Python and Tableau (or similar BI tool) experience preferred.
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end data analytics projects with a solid understanding of business KPIs and ability to extract actionable insights across multiple business units.
- Proven capability to independently manage stakeholder communications across functions and regions.
- Familiarity with banking domain analytics will be an advantage.
